All payments are charged in pounds sterling (GBP) via Stripe. USD and EUR figures are approximate guides only (mid-market rates on 24 October 2026: £1 ≈ $1.34 ≈ €1.19). Your card provider converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. If VAT applies, it will be shown before you pay. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is not included.

Refund policy

If you're not happy with your first Ad Pack delivery, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you keep everything already delivered. This is about our work, not your ad results: we don't guarantee sales, clicks or ROAS.

FAQ

Do I own the ads?

On payment you receive a licence to use the delivered videos for any advertising purpose. AI-generated footage may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar footage could be generated by others.

Will you use real people's faces or voices?

No. We never imitate real people, celebrities or your customers, and we don't produce fake testimonials or "customer reviews".

Do you make health or results claims?

No. We only use claims you supply and can substantiate (ASA/CAP Code in the UK, FTC rules in the US, Australian Consumer Law, Competition Bureau rules in Canada). For food, supplements and skincare we keep to approved wording.

Are the ads labelled as AI?

Yes. Where the generation tools provide content-credential (C2PA) metadata we keep it, and we'll tell you when platforms require an AI-content label (for example TikTok and Meta).

Do I need a call?

No. Everything is done by email at hello@rhinehartstudio.com.
